Well, I can confirm this to be true!! Fortunately, we haven't had any problems with our new system. But a few questions have come up over the passed three months. Neal, has been available, patient and extremely helpful each time I have reached out. He is so knowledgably but takes the time to explain the process in a way I can understand. Do you know of any company that stands by their produce and where the President of the company gives you his direct cell phone number??? That in itself is so comforting to us. If he is not able to troubleshoot, he will even offer to send Dakota to the home if necessary. We haven't needed that because Neal can expertly walk you through any concern. Thank you Neal!!
